DE C.V., all members of the Business Group “SADASI” and collectively referred to hereinafter simply as “SADASI,” located at Arquímedes 3 Street, Interior 302, Chapultepec Morales Neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Mexico City, are responsible for the use, processing, and protection of the information and personal data they collect from you. This will be carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.
You may express your refusal for the processing of your data. In case you do not expressly state your opposition, we will assume that you have granted your consent.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
“SADASI” may collect, through electronic or printed means, directly and/or personally, the following data and information:
- Identity: Full name, date, and place of birth.
- Personal: Gender, age, address, phone numbers, email, occupation, marital status, marital property regime, spouse’s name, workplace, position, social security number, tenure in the company, economic dependents, number of children.
- Documents: Official identification, birth certificate, marriage certificate, proof of address, proof of income, CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), RFC (Taxpayer Registry Number).
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA
Your personal data will be primarily used to carry out various processes related to the acquisition of the homes we market. This includes keeping you informed about changes during the acquisition process and/or assessing the quality of the service we provide.
Additionally, this information and data will be used in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations, for:
- Generating a database to monitor the purchase process and maintain historical records.
- Creating a file on housing credit schemes.
- Billing processes and clarifications.
- For promotions, advertising, and commercial prospecting.
- Customer service processes in after-sales.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Any transfer of personal data is subject to the consent of the data subject. However, “SADASI” may transfer personal data only among internal staff who process it according to the stated purpose and to address information requests from a duly founded and motivated competent authority. Likewise, in credit operations granted by third parties, it is necessary to transfer your personal data to entities other than this company, such as credit institutions like INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and/or Mortgage Societies. Please understand that if you express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, we will be unable to proceed with the mentioned credit management.
“ARCO” RIGHTS
As the data subject of the information provided to “SADASI,” you have the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO), in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, under the following terms:
- Access: to the personal data that we have about you and to know the details of their processing.
- Rectification: request the correction of your personal information in case it is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up-to-date.
- Cancellation: request the deletion or removal of information from our records and databases when you consider that it is not required for any of the stated purposes, is being used for unauthorized purposes, or when the contractual or service relationship has ended.
- Opposition: refuse to authorize the processing of the provided personal data and information.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you may submit a written request at the same office where you provided your personal data or at our Privacy Department located at Arquímedes 3-302, Chapultepec Morales Neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Mexico City. Your written request should include your name and address, the data you want to access or modify, and a copy of an official identification. “SADASI” will have a maximum period of 20 business days to address and notify you of the results of your request.
The ARCO rights request must meet at least the following requirements:

- The name of the data subject.
- Specify the address, email, or any other means to receive notifications.
- Copy of the official identification of the data subject.
- Data and information about the operation or act that led to the delivery of personal information.
A clear and precise description of the personal data for which one of the ARCO rights is to be exercised, except for the right of access. - The reason for exercising the ARCO right or what the data subject is requesting.
In case of exercising the right to rectify personal data, the data subject must provide documentation containing the correct information that supports their request. In the right to cancellation, the reasons motivating the elimination of data must be stated. In the right to opposition, it is necessary to specify the reasons justifying the request. In the case of partial opposition, the specific purposes with which one disagrees must be indicated, provided they are not mandatory requirements.
“SADASI’s” privacy department will handle the ARCO rights request and deliver the response to the designated address or means for notifications provided by the data subject in their request, within a period of 20 business days, which may be extended by an additional 10 business days with prior notification. The response will indicate whether the request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition is granted, and if so, it will be implemented within 15 business days following the date of communication of the response.
The exercise of ARCO rights is free; however, if applicable, the requester must cover any shipping expenses or the cost of reproducing copies or other formats, and, if necessary, the cost of certifying documents. It should be clarified that, in those cases provided by law, “SADASI” may deny the request in whole or in part, and in such cases, “SADASI” will inform you of the reasons for such a decision.
PERSONAL DATA THROUGH THE INTERNET WEBSITE
Our official website may operate a real-time tracking system to register and monitor visits made to the portal by the general public. It may also collect personal data provided by users when filling out forms and/or obtained through implemented technologies. The exclusive purpose of this system is to provide better promotion and awareness of our products. Please be aware that the personal data and information provided through these technologies will be processed, safeguarded, and protected in accordance with the terms outlined in this notice. However, users can disable such tracking through the tools and navigation options.
It should be noted that “SADASI” has reliable cybersecurity measures and internal controls that ensure the proper handling of information, including tools for encrypting and authenticating information, with the purpose of keeping your personal information safe. Likewise, personal data and information provided are processed through secure network systems, and only a limited number of individuals with special rights can access it. These individuals are responsible for the reliable processing of such information.
